Children and Youth
Each week, we offer relevant Bible studies for children that are directed to help develop them as Christ followers.
Sunday
Sunday School meets at 9:45 a.m. There are classes available from babies to 12th grade. Babies to age 3 meet in nursery. All other classes meet in fellowship hall.
Children’s church is held Sunday mornings downstairs after the special music during the worship hour for ages 4-4th grade. Activities (spirit filled and fun) are held throughout the year to support children and families spiritual journey.
S.L.A.M. (Serving the Lord And Making a joyful noise) meets at 5 p.m. Sundays. Children practice drama, music and puppet skits. Open to all grades.
Wednesdays:
Girls in Action (GAs) and Royal Ambassadors (RAs) meet from 6:30-7:15 p.m. learn to share God’s love with those who live far away. Open to children ages 1st-6th grade.
Youth (7th-12th grade) meet at 6:30 p.m. at the House Next Door. It is a time of bible study and sharing on subjects that are important for Christian teens. Service projects and outings are a regular part of this groups activities.
Permission slips required for all outings.
Children’s Library located in the 4-6th grade Sunday School room is now open. Checkout times will be before/after Sunday School and before/after Wednesday night services. There is a wide variety of age appropriate religious and fiction books, as well as some adult books.
